Integrated Preschool

The NRSD Integrated Preschool Classrooms provide an integrated environment for children ages 3 and 4 years old.  Our highly qualified early childhood teachers plan a differentiated program based on each child's individual needs, to promote social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development.  The classrooms are structured to foster independence and encourage children to explore, discover, and learn according to their individual interests and abilities.

Preschool Screening:

The Nashoba Regional School District conducts screening for three and four-year-olds and for all children who are of age to enter kindergarten. Our screening shall be designed to review a child's development and to assist in the identification of those children who should be referred for an evaluation to determine eligibility for special education services.

Evaluation Request by a Parent/Guardian:

Parents/Guardians who have a concern about their child's development or have a suspicion about a possible disability may refer their child for an initial evaluation. Upon receipt of a request for an initial evaluation, the school district will send notice to the parent/guardian to obtain the parent's consent to conduct an evaluation.
