Great Road podcast cover art, a long road surrounded by trees

The Great Road podcast launched last year with the help of Jed Stefanowicz, Director of Digital Learning & Innovation. In its first season, Mr. Stefanowicz spotlighted the efforts of our students and staff, featuring topics like our Portrait of a Nashoba Graduate, DECA, the EMT program, and Students for Social Justice at the high school. The middle school’s Future Leaders program and the 8th Grade Race to the Presidency were also highlighted, along with Math Olympiad at the elementary level. These episodes offered a chance to learn more about the behind the scenes of clubs, curriculum, and programs across all grade levels of Nashoba Regional School District.

After a successful first season, The Great Road is back for Season 2, and it’s been just as impactful. Episodes have covered topics such as Hale’s No Place for Hate, the Portrait of a Nashoba Graduate work across the high school, and Nashoba Robotics. Great Road's focus continues to be on student voice as they have welcomed a new addition to the team — a student co-host and producer who has been instrumental in planning and recording.

The latest episode of The Great Road takes an in-depth look at the important topic of mental health in athletics. In this episode, Great Road host and co-host sit down with two NRHS students to learn more more about their recent work on this important issue.
