Bus 19 is now completely through its route. Bus 5 has approximately 7 more minutes to go! (4:08 now)
Bus 19 is currently facing challenges on its usual route because of a train halt across the tracks. The bus is making alternative stops, and the school is actively reaching out to families directly. This situation primarily impacts families residing at the lower numbered addresses on Mill Street.
Bus 5 has reversed its direction and can now proceed with the afternoon drop-off schedule. There might be further delays for some students due to the bus needing to take a different route to avoid the train tracks once more.
Bus 5 is stuck at the railroad tracks early in their route. The train is stopped across the tracks due to a train issue. The train company is in route to assist with getting the train moving. We will update as soon as we know more. At this time it is anticipated the bus will be 10-15 minutes behind schedule.

First graders and fourth graders at MRE paired up for an exciting STEM Challenge! Given pipe cleaners, scissors and masking tape the students needed to create a tall, freestanding structure that would hold one marshmallow on top.

15 & 17 at 3:04. 16 at 3:06, 19 & 18 at 3:10 and Bus 5 at 3:14.
Last week, our district had the privilege of welcoming Kimberly Croteau, a distinguished Literacy Advisor from Wilson Language Training. Ms. Croteau, along with our district's literacy coaches, elementary school principals, Curriculum Director Laura Pagington, and Assistant Superintendent Laura Friend, spent time visiting first and second-grade classrooms!
